MOLDS AND LAY-UP:

The edge breaks are extended and applied to the ACES II due to the nature of the assembly. This product consists of 100 percent composite fiberglass including the rivet patterns being hand lay-ups at the time of molding. This is 13 individual molds assembled into making one mold for the composite fiberglass lay-up. The mold is disassembled and the ACES II seat removed, cleaned and prepared for final assembly.

The seats are assembled and tested. Depending on the fidelity requirement these seats can be made to meet customer requirements.  Electronics, switches, gauges and seat controls are then installed, tested and shipped.
