and honed to perfection for reproducing a customers products.
The duplication processes will not leech into or fill any switches
or interior cavities. The duplication process is so clean and un-eventful that you cannot even tell that High Rev Simulators was ever involved in a full-on duplication of a customers sticks, throttles, cyclic, collective or any other functional parts. The most extreme duplication usually takes under a day to do.
 
The inside control of a part for mating edges, grip strength, switches and mechanism structure is proprietary to HRS.

High Rev Simulators uses its own mixture of proprietary duplication materials to ensure a smooth very low shrinkage and easy transition back to nominal tolerances. The white outer back shell is not just burlap and Plaster of Paris mixed together.
We use a strong single stage material for the back shell that
is easy to lay-up and takes minutes to cure with no heat. Mold separation and part reproduction is quick and smooth.

When the Master Part is poured it will be .0015 to .002 inch undersize and will be brought back to nominal zero/zero tolerances with controlled surfacing materials that will be polished to mirror smoothness.

HRS prides itself in being able to give a customer a reproduction part that is exactly the same in fit - form and function as a real part.

The bottom parts are the real part assemblies with the
parts above the them as the reproduced raw untouched parts
directly from the molds of the originals. As you can see
at this stage they still have some work to be done before
they can be used as Part Masters.

When HRS finishes the Master Parts and makes the final
reproduction molds and a finger print was left on the
Master Parts then it will transfer into the silicone mold shaping material and when the production part is cast then a finger print
will also be transferred into the finished part and visually
seen.

When a final part is cast it will be .001 inch undersize but when
the finishing surface coat of material is sprayed - again
the part is at nominal tolerance of zero zero which is the same process of final coatings on the original part.

When the Master Part is at a comfortable stage of development
then the original duplication molds of the real part are destroyed. All refining of the Master Parts work will continue through the development of the Master Part both externally and internally.

No flight control stick or throttle design is too complex for HRS to accomplish. HRS can design, create, replicate and populate a custom or existing control grip to meet customer requirements.
