High Rev Simulators (HRS) is a highly versatile manufacturer and integrator that provides the experience and know-how required to produce military hardware for real and simulated mission rehearsals, military simulations and training, needs of other simulator manufacturers and software developers. HRS builds a broad range of products including rapid prototypes, rapid deployable, reconfigurable cockpit simulators for flight, ground and desktop simulation. High Rev's simulator training device enclosures can be sparsely to fully populated introduction cockpits to part task trainers, maintenance and mission trainers, unmanned UAV, UCAV deployable crew stations or flight and ground crew stations. HRS's products can be built for fixed or motion based platforms. Also available is the complete integration of visual image generation systems with the full complement of simulation software needed to meet or exceed present and future training requirements. High Rev Simulators can supply F-16 Falcon instrument switch panel placards in various fidelities from Plexiglas to night vision (NVS) systems capable that will meet Military Acceptance. HRS can also provide the flight or desktop cockpit visual display screens such as MPCD and MFD with bezel and switches and even touch screens when required. HRS designs and manufactures HOTAS sticks, throttles, cyclic collectives and rudder pedals for both desktop and big box simulator training and simulated or real mission rehearsals. We manufacture the transducer strain gauge switches that perform exactly the same as the real controls. The transducer strain gauge switch can be supplied in a multitude of different configurations. Force Sensor electronic circuit boards are also manufactured by HRS for High Rev Simulator's force sensor HOTAS sticks that are usually desktop or side console mounted. These boards will even allow our sticks to be center trimmed to zero setting on an 90 degree angle. HRS, again also manufactures a variety of high fidelity long life Gimbal Mechanisms for all of our Serial and USB Desktop, UAV and Simulator capable HOTAS flight controller sticks and single and dual arm split throttles, cyclic, collectives and rudder pedals and uses almost exclusively the highly accurate, high fidelity, extremely long life Hall Effect Sensors instead of potentiometers. Smooth control movement in axis's movement and no potentiometer spiking. High Rev Simulators can very quickly replicate and populate a custom or existing side or center control mechanism and control grips and single or dual split throttles to meet customer requirements and provide choices of switch and button options from low cost durable industrial quality components to mid and high fidelity Military Acceptance Specification hardware. High Rev Simulators manufactures mid-fidelity ACE II simulator ejection seats and low fidelity NACES simulator ejection seats that can be provided with sound amplification, ejection rails and seat movement. HRS can also create the custom seat needed to meet your requirements at economical pricing.
