High Rev Simulators offers an economical cost effective alternative when compared to other costly molding processes such as plastic injection molding or foundry metal grip sticks, throttles, instrument panels and enclosures. Urethane plastics provide economical cost solutions for the arena of military flight  and simulator controls and other items used in flight, simulation and unmanned control stations such as the UCAV stations. These innovative processes allows HRS to replicate extremely complex shapes including fine details and textures that will meet all normal drawing tolerances of the original.

HRS throughout the years has been redefining the processes required to make parts and has had many process improvement discoveries. Some of these discovery's have significant impact to the properties of plastics and how the part is formed and others of lesser importance, but none the less, adding to the manufacturing quality, strength and durability of a customers product. The changes in the properties of the plastics that High Rev Simulators uses to make parts has even had customer comments that the parts delivered do not feel like plastic and have the weight and feel of metal parts.

Using the various families of liquid plastics for tool molds that when cured (2 Hours) will have the characteristics of CNC machined tooling for both accuracy and durability without all the mold burnishing and smoothing of the contours to get a good part mold. These methods not only provide for one step parts but also provides highly complex shapes with textures and fine details without splitting molds and making multiple different parts to get a production part.

High Rev Simulators use of cost effective technology, process improvements in silicone molding processes allows for production of extremely high fidelity parts without the high cost of machining master parts. Making tools or foundry over size parts to account for the shrinkage. Accuracy using HRS technology is to the point of transferring a finger print from a master part onto a finished high fidelity part including stick and throttle heads. Silicone molds allows for quick turn around schedules, extremely cost competitive products and unbelievable high fidelity. HRS Silicone molding processes greatly enhances and produces high fidelity but also obtains cost saving benefits in economical part prototyping, short production runs and high volume production.

High Rev Simulators reduces costs, turn around time and provides an extremely high degree of accuracy and consistency of quality.
