Force Sensor Flight Controller (In Final Development And Test) High Rev Simulators is a manufacturer of low cost high fidelity performance force sensor transducer strain gauge mechanisms. Using a sensor mounted alloy plate and silicon force sensor gages. These sensors are combined with HRS manufactured amplified or non-amplified controller circuit boards. These force sensor strain gage systems will operate using USB (5 VDC) or serial secondary boards and a variety of voltages to comply with customer requirements and special needs such as extra long wiring distances between the force sensor unit and the mother circuit board. Where strain gage transducer switches cannot use the normal properties of adjustment these amplified trimmer circuit boards will provide the necessary finite adjustments required to set and control the operating envelope of a force sensor strain gauge device. USB or serial are economical force sensors for the F-16 Falcon, F/A-22 Raptor and F-35 JSF Joint Strike Fighter training and mission rehearsal roles. Their are 2 trimmers designed for zeroing out the centering of X and Y and 2 trimmers for minimum to maximum electronic readouts for throws in scalable 1 lb adjustments to 26 lbs. These force sensor boards will even zero out the center position on a 90 degree angle. These flight controller force sensor packages are small enough to have the interchangeability to support either desktop use or reconfigurable and rapid deployable simulators and mission rehearsal cockpits and devices. Each set of interchangeable controls have a low silhouette internal control mechanism height of just 1.00 inch and the total sizing foot print can be designed to support individual needs and requirements. These units can be ordered in various packages of just about any combination including external arm heights or connecting mechanisms. The force sensor strain gages are bonded to the alloy plate using a high-performance two component epoxy-phenolic resin that is formulated specifically for bonding strain gages and temperature sensors. When properly cured, this two part adhesive is useful for temperatures ranging from deep cryogenic, -269° C (-452° F) (4° K) to 370° C (700° F) for short periods, and -269° C (-452° F) (4° K) to 260° C (500 °F) for long periods. Note that for transducer applications, the recommended temperature upper limit is 230° C (450° F). Force strain gage sensor sensitivity and product build is a strong suit of HRS. Using the same or even more sensitive sensors and the right combination of resistance will increase or decrease the measurable electronic output. This HRS flexibility gives each customer the capability to have all the desired requirements needed for each product. All of HRS's force sensor strain gage switches are designed to convert mechanical force and motion into an electronic output signal. A change in capacitance, inductance, or resistance is proportional to the strain experienced by the sensor. This property makes them very useful in measuring extremely small amounts of force with accuracy and precision. No Project is too complex for HRS to accomplish. HRS can design, create, replicate and populate a custom or existing product to meet customer requirements.
