Manufactured in the U.S.A.  High Rev Simulators "Cost Effective Solutions" are these F-16 Block 40 and 50/52 HOTAS Flight Controller stick and throttle grips. The grips are extremely accurate reproductions of the real production grips used by the militaries of the world flying the F16. The F16 grips are made in either strong A356 T6 metal foundry cast aluminum or high strength urethane plastic and will meet all requirements required. HRS urethane plastic grips are so tough that they will support even the Force Sensor flight control stick mechanism without failing. HRS furnished F16 grips are available only as populated units. High Rev Simulators provides a large variety of desktop or flight controller sticks and throttles. These F-16 controller grips are available in foundry A356 T6 aluminum metal or high impact resistant proprietary urethane cast plastic. HRS high fidelity plastic grips have a very high rigid 80 Shore D rating that produces a tensile strength of 7,600 PSI, 10,000 PSI structural flexural strength and compression stress resistance of 85,000 PSI. HRS made grips are not Commercial Toy Game Joystick products. Our urethane plastic stick and throttle grips DO NOT have, use or contain mercury or lead. High Rev Simulators HOTAS grip castings are made from very strong foundry poured A356 T6 aluminum to withstand rigorous knock around abuse. High Rev Simulators Throttle Radar Cursor was also designed and made in-house and has the functionality and feel of the real transducer strain gauged slew switch. This copper beryllium shaft driven switch has the strain gauge force sensors just like the real controls and also has the down select switch with the positive selection feel. There is no difference in feel from HRS's transducer strain gauge switch and the real flight hardware. HRS can also build and integrate the mechanisms (see other HRS F16 products) for simulated mission rehearsals, military simulations and training, needs of other simulator manufacturers and software developers. The small training aids of mini desktop classroom size devices are specialized arenas that makes these F-16 HOTAS grips really excel, as they are durable, strong and built tough. HRS products meet the long-term needs and requirements by far exceeding the functionality and durability required to support training and mission rehearsal.
